One day change doesn't mean much.

The company has gone current and since then 400 million shares have gone from restricted to unrestricted.

Today's news brought liquidity to the stock which helps sellers.

If there is enough buyers, the dilution will be soaked up and we can run.

Claiming manipulation from shorts on an OTC stock is foolish. Impact from dilution is far more likely.
