I did a quick scan of the state of Nevada SOS filing posted here, and these are merger documents, but not in the traditional sense where shares are increased in exchange for the merger co shares. It appears LVCA is being merged into Redo Development Inc., but they’re exchanging equal number of shares (1:1), and may perhaps just be a transfer from Nevada to a newly organized entity in Oklahoma for various business/tax reasons.

Reed Peterson who is CEO of Redo, has been listed as a director of LVCA since February. The company was incorporated last month — perhaps only for this purpose.
