As far as the CEO's you installed.. YOU picked them (Luther Jeffries and Jorge Saenz) knowing both had ZERO experience running any company of consequence much less a public one.

You clearly didn't conduct any credible DD when you installed a WANTED FELON/THIEF as CEO of PRPM then SUTI. Not only that, you secretly slithered back in bed with him after he spent a year in prison and named his obese buddy who sells used tools at Florida flea markets as the new owner/manager of SUTI. It's right there in your SOS filings...just after you named the ex-con as "president" the day before (8/16/17). It's there in Facebook posts..."I'm the new owner of SUTIMCO and Eddie Vakser will NEVER be a part of yhis company again.." Yeah well.. 6 months later SUTI "principal and mailing addresses" are back at your house in Plano.
