What on earth are yall talking about? The fact the company raised millions of dollars at .13+ shareprice is wildly bullish news. These sorts of investors dont invest $5M to sell in 2 months. They are investors who take chances and see if they can turn a $2M investment into $50M. If they lose, oh well, they only need a few to hit.

The stock is languishing as most stocks do after big run ups. The twitter hype crowd is gone, (probably a bulk of the selling pressure as they give up). The stock will find a base at some pt and then it will run back up to .20+ in days IMO. Let the MMs reload and cover here while the weak/bored hands sell off at the bottom. :)
