$ATWT - thank you for the that post. But there is a statement in there that you might want to reconsider:

I also know they have products (KV-X) that should sell well in the middle of a pandemic.

Think about it from the School District point of view; "My District is shut down, all remote learning and yet I still need to figure out how to pay bills for teachers, insurance, etc." ATWEC says, "hey we can sanitize your bus!" But I've got ZERO busses running. Do I spend money I don't have on products for a vehicle that is sitting idle?

Meanwhile, the CDC is suggesting that I can reopen if I rework my HVAC system so I won't be recycling the air from inside the classroom, etc. It's why the current administration is hoping to send money to school districts. To fix their heating/AC systems so that they can reopen, etc. A search on HVAC systems for schools during a pandemic will give you some answers.

It comes down to this, why spend money on an asset (bus) that doesn't help you reopen?

It's my opinion that Darnell is looking at alternative forms of revenues until we get back to the "new normal" and kids can board a bus for school. Just my opinion...ATWT had no customers during a pandemic because school districts had no busses running and you don't invest in an asset that sits in a parking lot.
