If DEM has been working with nick for this long to get Medrecycler approval, don’t you think they would have went over every tiny little detail that Nick would have to conform to in order to grant the permit? I think that answer is obvious. Nick knew exactly what he needed to do to legally and scientifically get the permit. Which is why DEM backs it. They had to go through the legal motions and have the public comment period yada yada yada the deal was already done before they bought the equipment imo. Otherwise DEM wouldn’t have wasted their time. It’s great for Rhode Island. RIDEM wants it, the most powerful man in RI wants it, sorry Karen. Medrecycler-RI will prevail.
