Can you see the difference between your stories and CCTL story? The criminals in your stories have never been your family members. BS was the CEO of CCTL. At the transition period, TP was supposed to take over all the company assets and confirm the assets exist. Did TP go to BS in person and directly, asking him for the key book to the BC, and test the keys with BS on site to confirm the assets or to reveal BS's key book was fake at the time of transition?

I agree BS had bad reputation in past few years, not just in CCTL. I saw posters spread his negative stories in the board of his other companies. As for CCTL, I still wish he has professional ethics, hand the 513 BC to TP.
