I told folks there was a private placement....and there it is in black and white....they have $400K cash now ....undisputable...they cant convert the debt for a year anyway at .20 so im not too worried about it....lets see...even if they didnt pay off the notes with Reg A cash....at .20 conversion rate it would only take 2ml shares to pay that off....by then we will be trading far higher than that...oil still trending up, follow the $ here...
