No one really knows when she will rule on the 101. Most here expected the ruling some time ago and she never ruled on it. Some have suggested, for Court efficiency, she will integrate the ruling with some other Court hearings in the future. The 101 is an issue that can derail the case so it should be of some concern. However, as others have pointed out, it would be senseless for the Court to allow the case to move forward for this long if it was the Courts intention to rule unfavorably for WDDD on the 101.
