This float is silently being locked up by longs. A quick glance at the chart is all you need to see what's going on. The accum/dist line tells the story here. It has been nearly impossible to get any size under .04 for the past month. No dilution for multiple years.

Yes, the lack of news from management is obviously disappointing. However, when volume does hit you will see just how locked up this float really is. This may run on a technical breakout alone.
