As far as i know, it was not explained exactly what they are. But, they are marked to market. So, it’s reasonable, that the value could change next reporting period to something positive or more negative. It’s only speculation on what the derivative is and if it’s something which will eventually come due, at all.
If it was not listed prior, nor felt the need to list, i lean towards a liability from the prior company which may not need to be settled, but was advised to list on balance sheet until process is completed. Idk. It will be interesting.
