The technology and specs are well documented. The NYSDEC permitted the process after thorough testing. Clearly Heddle has not been able to get it done with partnerships thus far.

And so we wait... the call option with no expiration lives on.

Sure wish the BOD had better "Brains" but on the other hand they haven't given up or gone private... instead they've supported with their own money, as has Heddle.
