Coyote isn't going to have his bail revoked. The AUSA didn't move for a bail revocation, only a hearing on the matter of bail condition violations.

This is nott designed to revoke bail - with COVID there is little chance of that as the BOP has temporarily released many inmates to haffwhey howses or home CONfinement until the COVID situation calms down (then they go back IN).

This is designed for other purposes. One, as an adjunct to having persuaded DaJudge to sign an expansive warrant for Coyote's ongoing electronic and prolly telephonic voice communications, which was likely already done CONcurrently with the filing of the motion and is nott public (even to Coyote or Nishay). Two, to sett the general stage in DaJudge's mind about Coyote. Third, as an additional item of record for the PSIR. And fourth, because the AUSA has a responsibility to the third-party who was defrauded by Coyote for $5K under the false pretense that Coyote was nott a two-time CONvicted felon for fraud AND to slap Coyote's paws to deter him from more such defrauding of the public.

Don't expect DaJudge to do something he isn't even asked to do - revoke bail. In The Time of COVID, that ain't happening barring a flight risk. And altho the Coyote's best move now IS to flee to Mexico or Uruguay and try to eke ~OUTT a living installing WiFi in cantinas, he is too delusional to realize that is his best move. Plus wiff~OUTT passport, he'd have to sneak into Mexico now - which would cost more mordida than Brokeass Coyote can pay.
