I think he hasn’t done his DD deep enough.

He also says that SBC owns a Private Equity firm without mentioning name. TG equity? Does anyone really think JT knew all these players before? No, PC was looking for a shell to buy to go public IMO. PC appointed James Wong, Jeff Au & James Yau to partner with.
