From experience, the MMs (aka affiliates of the algorithmic market involvements) pass their data positioning around throughout the short interest reporting dates THEN the ‘report date’ due is the amount posted (never true and real numbers, they can’t be). The whole system is set up on the foundation of ‘non-accountability’.
Nonetheless, your response is appreciated but I do not agree. It’s a ‘hot potato’ game for compliance reports in the MM arena, they’re historically built on immoral business philosophies. Just another wasted minute as to why I don’t waste much time in this ‘anonymous’ forum.
