Speaking of Costa Rica...Am I high on glue here? The address given for the CR "office" appears to not be selling boats. Now, this is a mixed use complex with commercial, apartments and townhouses, so could it be that Victory is based out of this guys apartment? And they are going to sell super yachts to the rich and submarines to the government?
A lot of stuff ain't adding up to the speculation made.
I see a lot of risk here if you weren't in low.
