At this point Sorrento needs solid results to bolster the share price significantly but the stock will follow the NBI trend. Depressed pricing could be Sorrento accumulating $50MM for the ANP closure. Pricing to ANP for the rest of the $100MM, $50MM converted to shares, is based on the average PPS 3 days before the closing and 3 days after the closing. Could be seeing that. How low will they have to go to sell 7MM - 8MM shares? Don't forget there is a fee involved.
