YES!!!!

The question is why did no one realize then while running a phase 2b ABSSSI trial three years before the Cubicin (Daptomycin) patent ran out?!!?

We investors partially rely on the CEO and team at the company to not do boneheaded things like that.

This is why we got no forward looking credit. We are now running our seventh phase 2 trial. The other six went no where except for a deal that thus far has paid out $420K (probably less than the cost of the trial).

Why should B-COVID be any different? We'll find out that it is hopefully before the year is out. If not....well then the market is right about this one.
