Lazar did the custodianship and cleaned up the shell, brought it up to SEC reporting current.

Then Ross Di'maggio purchased the shell from lazar for $245k in cash.

Also as part of the purchase Dimaggio got 18m shares of common stock(62% of the outstanding) this is good news because whatever he does to the common shareholders he does to himself.

all of these factors are why i purchased a large chunk of shares a couple months ago and am now just waiting for something to happen.
