Two additions to your great points. 1) These plans have been in the works fir a LLOOONGG time in my opinion, although the merger partner, Helios, may not have been known at an early time. The evidence is that the RSHN submerged was made years ago. Bond also said that he was working with Goulding for 2-3 years.

2) Helios intimated in a Tweet that there were still big things in the works. So what we know now, and what we can imagine, is perhaps the tip of the iceberg as far as the longer term plans go.

We, $RSHN peeps, have been talking about a trifecta of companies for a long time. We didn’t know that it would be HELO/LABS, RSHN, and GRPS- since names like ENTI, WSRC and IDGC were thrown around 3 years ago, but here we are with a trifecta of companies in the end!!! HUZZAH!!!
