Well it is in the filings that it’s dead in the water,,literally and figuratively.
“Our license in India has indicated that the flooding and then the Covid 19 pandemic resulted in extraordinary delays in constructing the facilities in India. It was our intent to direct revenues from that project to accelerate our solar cell development. We are now better positioned to increase our investment in those technologies without relying solely on funds coming from India.“
