USRM: BREAKS .05 and_FALLING- Saw_that_like_THE_SUN_RISING_TODAY :)

I expected it much earlier - surprised it took so long to collapse under that .05 mark, given the pump campaign on social media based on 100% total misinformation as to "11th circuit decision in T-2 days by law" blah blah and THAT was 2 days ago LOL !!!

There is NO fixed or set "court timeline" to a decision - NONE !!

Can be many months from now; it can be in early 2022 and it is NOT any fantasy "90 days from oral arguments" bullshit as was highly "promoted" via a coordinated social media pump team of YahooJoe and The Twit and several other channels- all operating under too many aliases to count, when it appears to be "two promoter individuals" by my count and analysis !

USRM is mired in numerous lawsuits - they are CASH BROKE by their own admissions in the Miami-Dade case of U.S. Stem Cell Clinic LLC v. Brown & Brown.

They are being sued by several others for DEFAULTED LARGE DEBTS OWED and on and on and on.

"WORLD HEADQUARTERS" of USRM in stark contrast to the 100% bullshit ruse shown on their main website of fancy "doctor's in white coats" and stock photos of what is supposed to portray (a fantasy ruse) of "high tech medical research labs and lots of employees" etc = a $269 a month REGUS Rent-a-deks aka "virtual office" with one or two people "showing up" likely not even on a daily basis LOL !!

Where is their "WORLD LEADING RESEARCH" happening - in the trunk of a car at the $269 a month RENT-a-DESK parking lot LOL ???????? FTC hello ALERT !

FAKE website pictures versus the RENT-a-DESK bad reality = false adverstising per FTC standards right there, let alone how the SEC will and does view this kind of blatant OTC false "promotion" and hype of a nano-nano size "company" (cough cough) OTC STOP SIGN and SERIOUSLY SEC DELINQUENT "portraying" themselves on their own website as some bullshit "vast corporate operation and world leading medical stem cell research operations" blah blah blah when NOTHING can or could be further from the truth !!
