The share holders of NBGL can take some solace in the fact that this garbage ticker isnt the only one that the SEC is revoking this month. There are about 100 others falling under the SEC revocation guillotine this month alone
It should also be noted that non SEC reporting tickers that havent issued any public financials have until September 28th 2021 to do so or they will also get suspended and their 211's pulled. There are ONLY about 4,000 of those tickers on the OTC.
