Not exactly, he didn't appoint "himself", he was appointed long before this process played out. Hartman was a director & exec vp of Amber Inc. He was listed as the "President" of Sarnia Inc which was a listed subsidiary of Amber Inc, the day Amber ink ended, so did Sarnia Inc & Hartman's position. 1201 Vidal is LCY property now. I see the form 6 that doofy has signed. Doofy Hartmann is going to make a legal mess for himself but I have a feeling it's now about saving face to mask just how much of a F^^^ up Hartmann & the rest of the idiots that ran Bioamber were.
