It wasnt a miracle that drove the price per share of PVDG up it was the TRIPLE 0 front loading vultures that were illegally WASH TRADING this scam that were responsible.
8 individuals were charged in January of last year for doing exactly that with at least 50 OTC garbage tickers just like PVDG.
The SEC and FINRA have been warning investors for donkey years about puttung money into these unregulated OTC scams like PVDG.
