They have NO "REVERSE SPLIT" approved, signed, filed, etc NONE ! ?????????

The PRIOR 2020 "reverse split" SEC FILING has EXPIRED MONTHS AGO PER SEC FILING LAW(s) and the CEO is "on the record" stating just that FACT !!!

Use actual facts and real due diligence please - misinformation and total bullshit is of no value :)
