If I remember correctly, I thought they indicated in the release that the Reg A was going to Continuation Capital and then would be offered to current shareholders. The last count I saw on shareholders was only about 70 so if they presented it a few months back, and it only went to some before being sold out, I take that as a very strong indication of insiders liking what they saw. I don’t know the qualifications for the offering but wasn’t offered it either. Any insight or thoughts?
