The website is down because they don't need one. They're not doing any business. They're not building anything in Libya. They're not drilling any wells. They're not selling any tools. They aren't doing any audit, they're not doing any merger. They're NOT going to roll out spin out, or dividend out Coil Tubing. This whole thing's a stock selling scam. PERIOD.
