First off, Bioamber didn't appoint anyone. Any time you see the name Bioamber in black & white ink - substitute "LCY" - that's who owns the name. Secondly, shareholders can't just appoint a director, it doesn't work like that so whatever idiot told you that, they are exactly that, an idiot, it's false.
