They didn't. It appears Mike Hartman appointed himself as director of another empty CANADIAN shell . The dead company the worthless shares are attached to was once incorporated in DELAWARE.
It has no directors and is not even a corporation anymore . You do know in the real world public companies have to make sec filings and shareholders vote directors in ? Obviously you don't.
