The contracts are usually released daily at 12-30 am Beijing time. Since recent rise in IFPS contract price there is usually some of those available all day but BTC sell out within in minutes. Join the RRMine Telegramme group for your region and if you ask they can release contracts at a more reasonable hour for you... they will even reserve them for you if you buy more than one at a time
