Oh, so its FILING for grants in a tweet. Still no concrete evidence, I can file for a grant and get denied... same applies here.

Found the "contract". Per contract, they were to have everything them by dec. 16th and pretty positive there was a tweet saying current by year end, but as we know tweets aren't actual pr.
