I actually don't but their other acquisition (Assembled Products Inc.) made $1M annually and had no debt. SO if THAT acquisition was real, then we should be looking at ~$250K minimum for Q1 on that alone.

Add to that SafeBus revenue and even some from Level Three Security plus ATWEC is 1 year into the pandemic. KV-X units anyone ?
