My friend,
Go back and read all your previous speculations and tell me how many of them materialized.

The last concerning FACT is that all of our CEO's shares have been converted from RETRICTED to COMMON SHARES! A very large negative for Longs.

I would add this to your list of speculations and not to facts. I am quite confident that the CEO DID NOTconvert ALL his restricted shares to common shares.

So, I will continue my speculation that we no longer meet the listing requirements for Nasdaq later this year and be delisted back to either the OTCBB first then to the Pinks.

Time will tell.
