That's a good sign and they have been repurchasing regularly and hopefully to their projected buy-back of $5M. Another major catalyst I considered when buying BBWR was the millions made in actual sales so far this year, like the 1QTR revenue of $3.1M reported on March 4/2021 PR, hopefully, we'll confirm those numbers on the incoming 10-Q.
SEC is getting very tough with misleading PR's no matter the size of the company, they're prosecuting right and left violators to Section 10b of the Exchange Act of 1934, as well as Rule 10b-5 of the Exchange Act.
If all these recent PR's are accurate as presented we should see green soon IMHO.
