So the current CEO Mitchell sold 289,286 shares on Saturday? 120,500 shares today and still has 1M shares? Here is the filing from today, am I reading it correctly? https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1413547/000147793221002203/writ_144.htm

If so, am I likely correct to assume the 1M shares are restricted so he couldn't sell them?

Maybe he doesn't want to be involved any longer, not sure what to make of it, hopefully George Sharp tweets about it.
