I would hold off right now. The SEC might just shut this down completely.
The biggest problem is trying to get any reliable information about what is happening behind the scenes if anything is even happening. Big lack of information.
They have already been sanctioned for not filing any financials for over two years. If there isn't any compliance soon, this will probably go away.
