I think you hit the nail on the head. The quarter ending 3/31 will be very telling. If the deal is truly done (as their Dec 10th press release states it is), it should reflect DryWorld financials. According to the attorney letter from the last quarter, there is something to report in order for it to not be a shell company. imo
