Thank you for your email. The SEC’s amendments to Rule 15c2-11 will eliminate public quoting in securities that do not make current information publicly available. If they are not in compliance by September 28th, 2021, they will drop down to the Grey/Expert Market. You can read more about this on a recent blog we published on our website. What are the Key Dates for the Implementation of Rule 15c2-11?

Companies will need to provide the required disclosure to OTC Markets by June 30th. This will ensure that our Issuer Compliance Team has sufficient time to review and update market status for a company’s securities prior to the rule’s compliance date on September 28th.

Securities that fail to comply will be removed from Pink as of the September deadline.
