Only heard of 1 person complain about reactions from the 1st jab in my area. A 39 yr old said she had a sore arm that kept her from sleeping. I barely noticed any soreness after the 1st jab. In fact I scolded the administering nurse for not jabbing me harder.

Avoid any Tylenol or Naproxen before vaccination as a prophylaxis for pain. It may interfere with the immune response to the vaccine. But again, you shouldn't have any major site pain after the 1st jab. Bon appetite!
