This is my lesson learned in regards to timing not necessarily in regards to a specific company like PVDG. Timing in regards to share pricing is NOT for the company. Timing is for the retail traders. That is why we get upset when the company seems so unaware of the word: Timing

In general, IMO, companies (represented by their management) only care about the pps for four reasons: They need cash to continue operations (selling new shares); they need cash to fill pockets (Scam and the price of a share doesn't matter if the A/S is high enough); one of the management leaves (for what ever reason) and cashes in; or management needs an ego boost (look at MY stock go!) or wants to move up a trading tier.

A good and trusted company like PVDG reflects on timing only when it reflects on its ability to attain or improve operations. Their timing does not necessarily equate to the timing retail SHs refer to.

For example, right now, timing refers to stopping the downslide in the pps. If we got a few PRs right now (our timing), the pps would go up from here. Yahoo!

Unfortunately, management really doesn't care like we do. In fact, managers of a good company have no need to sell now no matter what the pps is. THEY ARE IN FOR THE LONG TERM. They know by holding their shares long term and implementing strong company growth (increasing profit and share value), their bank roll will most certainly increase from here. No worry. No concern. PVDG is a good company.

I quit kidding myself a long time ago as a retail trader, when I say I am long term... 2 years qualify. PVDG is not my career job.

So, back to timing. Timing is much more our worry, than management. Management providing a PR right now is our worry, not theirs. If they do not feel an obligation to send us a life line right now or even see a business advantage in doing so, it really is of no concern (although I am certain they do not want the pps to fall below a penny).

Hard to accept but all part of the GAME posters refer to every day or so. So many GAMES going on right now, it is hard to figure which one the retail trader should determine has the best chance for him to win or even come out with something for his/her time. Some games are over, or at least the retail trader had to leave.

For those of us remaining, not any of the games we are actually in are fun. My TIMING for being on the field in the game I am playing at this time really does suck. Every time I am up, I strike out. If I fail to hit the ball, who can? Is it not good TIMING for management to bring in some big hitters (to help us of course)??
