I don't think that's the case, but everyone is entitled to their opinion. Why would John purchase shares from the float and then give them to them as restricted shares. Why wouldn't he just give them shares from the Authorized Shares. The float went down by 205,454,545 shares and the restricted shares went up from 19,005,203 to 224,459,748
When the share structure was updated on April 5th it showed an increase in the unrestricted and now it has decreased.
Lets just say those 205,454,545 shares were all purchased @ .0009 That would be close to $185,000 Why would John do that?
I wouldn't be surprised to see the unrestricted decrease more. JMO
