The OTC has recently made specific changes to the PINK SHEET reporting that will require
additional disclosure and create the need for more sophisticated reporting. The proposed
addition, of an internal financial professional, with over 10 years of cannabis industry and public
company accounting, will ensure that BLDV can remain current and move to higher levels of
reporting.
The recent changes to the OTC requirements is one reason that this delay resulted in the STOP
sign that is currently being shown, previous delays of this type would have most likely resulted
in a YIELD sign for the first days. We thank the shareholders for their patience, we will come out
of this delay, stronger and more prepared for the OTCQB
