Likely manipulation going on to pull it down. Although, it may be difficult to build a large position all at once, a sharp investor can add or pick up quite a few shares, on the cheap, over a period of time. Always better to buy in the .30s, than the .50s or .60s, especially when there is time to do so. There is no rush here as we have seen. Dates keep getting extended and a trial date still hasn't been set. For those who exercise patience and discipline they can pick up quite a few shares (on the cheap), over time, and will be rewarded in the end.
