I don't think that is likely in either scenario. I can't see why they'd RS with the current share structure.
I'm pretty confident we're on the right track here. Makes all the sense in the world for this to be the setup. Quinton Group starts off private, grows organically, but is now ready to go next level and become a publicly traded company here in the States to get their.
They just don't want the time and aggravation of an IPO...Chose this ticker, because the share structure is very manageable...Feeling good that we're in great shape here.
Notice how the board is soooo quiet, yet our volume is looking good to start the day? Means we've got some accumulation going on and soon enough this board is going to erupt in my opinion. Nobody wants to talk too loud while they try to fill their positions, because they know how fast this can run...lol
