This is covered by a Form 15. Most of the tickers being suspended were actually “SEC Delinquent”. The Form 15 keeps this as “Dark or Alternative Reporting” instead.

People need to stop hoping for a magical CE removal. CE removal will come only after current filings and attorney letter are submitted, reviewed by OTCM, and any amendments submitted with additional attorney letters. This can take 2-4 weeks per annual filing.

That clock starts ticking when you see the filings post to OTCM. My guess is we’re still over a month from CE removal and that’s assuming they plan on filing soon.

The bigger concern would be making sure they are current prior to September and some of the rule changes regarding quoting non current companies.
