Rich, thanks for the update and I'm sure that most of the reasonable longs will see the logic and merit of your explanations and comments. It is reason to always take a deep breath and garner a second spin on an issue, particuarily from someone so intimately involved as you are. For anyone to discourage such candor it would be a detriment to those of us in this for long term success, not just a bashing ritual or personnal vendetta. Please keep it up - if it ever gets of declining value please offer an email exchange program/session - many alternatives to that approach are possible.

I also understand that there are multiple ways to be rewarded for contribution and I for one never wish to have the critical folks involved in a company not attached to its success. Little or no salary/bonus $$ only spells a bet on equity rewards. It is my understanding that some key folks working their arses off at SEVU currently get little to nothing in salaries - for those affected I hope you have reward plans in place - if the PP is part of such a play then it does place reward and risk where it is useful. The risk to the shareholders is that we hope the right crew is in place to deliver and they have the essential at hand to execute - often that is operating capital!! I'm not personally crazy about the depth of the PP but would like to better understand that thinking and timing from SEVU management.

I hope you can work to continue to solidify the trust in you, SEVU management, and it's products. It certainly is soft these days, whether deserved or not, but is reinforceable over time and action and that is very important to many aspects of our eventual success that mutual trust and support be rebuilt and fostered. Have to toss out the bashers who's mission in life is to destroy and the entreprunears who seek to cheat - that leaves most of us, including you in my opinion, to push this puppy to the top of the hill so we can really enjoy that long ride down the back side.

Hopefully current management will address some of the concerns that are outside your current responsibility.

Again thanks, keep the Board visits up...
