From my understanding Relief has made it perfectly clear that they are not going to do anything until something happens with the FDA in USA...

The way I read it Relief wont start the trial... They wont try with EMA in Europe... In fact they say they wont have the “full data set” until MID 2021, and unless the EMA grants Europe’s equivalent of EUA based on FDA decision it wont be until then (mid 2021) that they will have the “full data set” available to them to present to EMA. (This info is found within the new evaluation report)

So NO I don’t think Relief is planning any “end around”.... IMHO Relief is basically doing nothing and don’t care at all about shareholders and fear they are planning a way to REALLY screw us... probably with R/S which is the easy way out to try and get to NASDAQ... Find it worrisome that CFO already IMMEDIATELY floated idea of 1:20 after coming on board with Relief...
