If I ran a manufacturing company that specialized in a wild-west of high demand, all of my purchase order contracts would have back-end locks ensuring that A) purchasers were locked in and complicit w potential delays of up to a specific time window without recourse; and B) Complicit with liability to breaking my gag regarding ops.

I detest logical fallacies, and begging the question will rarely, if ever, lead one where they need to go. When it does, it highlights my day for sure.
