what's with the utter lack of customer service at virtually every cryptocurrency exchange?

some have been in business for many years, and the web is littered with users who got locked out of their accounts, with huge sums of money suddenly out of reach, for no reason.

my issues have been minor in comparison, but it's still ridiculous to be waiting months for help.

where are the regulators?!
